SUMMARY
The Director of Player Loyalty will define strategy and lead execution for player loyalty programs that will deliver industry leading experiences for its members. This will be an essential part of the organization, responsible for managing the development and implementation of all aspects of the player loyalty marketing program. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive player loyalty strategies to enhance customer retention and drive revenue growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build customer loyalty through the development and execution of our player rewards program
  • Define strategy and lead execution for membership loyalty programs that will deliver industry leading experiences for its players
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of loyalty initiatives, including rewards programs, promotional campaigns, and personalized offers.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and framework for the player rewards loyalty program, focusing on retention, usage, and personalization
  • Design and execute effective retention strategies to maintain player activity and engagement
  • Defines the measures of success for the program and establish performance metrics for example ROI, new member acquisition and activation goals, engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, etc
  • Utilize data analytics to measure program performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance player engagement and satisfaction
  • Educates and influences leaders on the value of the membership loyalty program and the opportunities provided by consumer purchasing behaviors
  • Partner with our field teams to produce and continually update training content to support loyalty goals
  • Build player loyalty across several states (IL, GA, NE, NV, MT) and understanding regulations within each state
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in customer loyalty and marketing, with an emphasis on developing and managing customer loyalty programs
  • Possesses a deep knowledge and experience in customer loyalty and marketing, combined with a passion for developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention and engagement
  • Experience with developing and managing loyalty program budgets, as well as a working knowledge of marketing automation tools and software, is also essential
  • Knowledge of trends in different markets; will be operating in GA, IL, NE, NV, MT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to create processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of the gaming industry and regulations is a plus
